Have you ever wondered how to teach rigorous standards while still engaging your students? A classroom transformation alters a classroom environment to maximize student engagement and teach rigorous content. Students will become immersed into magical moments through hands-on activities, decorations, and technology based projects. Students walk into classrooms transformed into oceans and become marine biologists for the day as they learn/review standards through related content. Students walk into Jurassic World and learn about life science, ecosystems, and participate in close reading activities.

During this session you will see how to plan magical moments for your students to ignite their learning! Participants will also explore their standards and begin planning a room transformation for their own students!
