In this session, the focus will be on how virtual guest speakers make learning relevant and engage the students of the classroom. I will share with you all of the wonderful guests we have had in the classroom to enhance the lesson/learning. The session will focus on 3 areas: 1) Contact: Using email, phone class and Twitter to reach out. 2) Lesson Discussion: Talk about the protocol/expectations used to interview/talk with the person. 3) Library of Congress Materials: We will examine the Library of Congress Primary Source Analysis Section to show how these resources can assist any lesson in the classroom.
